Upgrades
SPOIL YOURSELF FOR 1 MONTH:
UPGRADE your current membership to any upper level you may wish, and pay upper level for only one month, then, just go back to your regular membership level (the one you’ve chosen on your agreement).
Example: You signed for a Platinum Membership in September ($225 per month), and want to upgrade to Diamond Membership for the month of October. You will pay $325 (just $100 more) that month and can enjoy Diamond Membership treatments, perks and benefits (including product discounts!). Then for the month of November, you will go back to your original Platinum Membership ($225 per month).
Frequently Asked Questions
For how long am I committed to this contract?
You are required to commit to this contract for 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, which is the length of one membership cycle.
How often will I be charged?
If you choose to make a full payment, you will be charged once for your 3 corresponding months. If not, then you will be automatically charged the designated amount each month until the end of the 3-month cycle.
Are appointments automatically scheduled?
Every member is responsible for scheduling their monthly treatment(s) by contacting Very Intelligent Body Advanced Skincare by phone or via e-mail to contact@veryintelligentbody.com.
Once I finish the 3 consecutive months, what happens to my membership?
If you wish to stay in the Very Intelligent Body Advanced Skincare Membership Program after the 3- month cycle is finished, you are more than welcome to renew your membership by completing this contract again and signing-up for another 3-month commitment.
What if my credit/debit card is declined?
You will be charged an insufficient funds fee of $25 in addition to your monthly dues.
How do I cancel my scheduled appointment?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to it without any cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment after the 24-hour period, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to your credit card on file or be applied for the monthly total amount and the member should pay a pre-scheduling fee for the next appointment. No-show members will be charged in full for their missed appointment. If a member is late to their appointment, the aesthetician will determine if there is enough time to complete the treatment. Regardless, the member will be charged in full.

Very Intelligent Body Advanced Skincare reserves the right to set aside facilities for social events and/or activities.
Very Intelligent Body Advanced Skincare reserves the right to close or modify facility hours with or without notice.
